How do you say Mele Kalikimaka in Japanese?

Here's a Christmas day bonus for all of you who sat through the Yule log vid. U900 playing some holiday classics on the ukulele.

And Kuro-chan annoying a Christmas tree.

Merry Christmas!

No wacky vids today, let's just relax in front of the Yule log...though watching a burning log on video for 20 minutes can be considered wacky.

Comic and a tune.

A reader wants to know what to do about his friend who hits on waitresses in today's comic.

And speaking of waitresses, here's a classic holiday tune by a band of the same name.

Alien for Xmas

Nice animated holiday piece.

Movies shown in Purrrr-gatory.

The cute, fluffy, horror of kitties.

I dig the eye-patch wearing rockabilly band in this 60's film.

Barnabas Collins Game

What is more cool than the classic 1960's gothic vampire soap opera Dark Shadows? Why a board game version of course.

Grrr

A friend of mine runs a site called ChateauGrrr.com. Basically it's a place for people who are into all things spooky, as well as a Halloween party resource and haunted house guide. He recently hosted an event in Chicago for people who are into the macabre and it got written up in the Chicago Tribune. Please check it out if you're interested and support his labor of occult love.

PS Click around Chateau Grrr's homepage for Easter...uh, I mean "Halloween" eggs.

Which part of this clip is more awesome, the special fx or the song?

Halloween art show and today's comic.

If you are in Seattle and want some pre-Halloween fun tonight, Flatcolor Gallery will be having an art show opening complete with monster paintings and Halloween treats. Check out flatcolor.com/ for more details.

Also, check out today's comic too!

Dracula rapping about 80's software.

Dracula apparently needed some quick cash back in the 80's...as did Sinbad too for some reason. According to the video notes, Dracula is played by the voice of Nintendo's Mario.

Glad these are finally sold in the US

A friend in Australia had me try some a couple years back and they were awesome. Then in Thailand I found them on sale at a grocery store for a buck a package. Now Pepperidge Farms has the license to sell them in the US.

I haven't tried this, but apparently everyone does the Tim Tam Slam.

Now if only they sold this version of Tim Tams here so I can invite a couple of lady friends over.
